Dr. Ian Brown was raised in Kitchener and completed his optometric education at the School of Optometry at the University of Waterloo where he received his doctorate degree. Since graduating in 1988, Dr. Brown worked as an associate optometrist in several offices in the local area before establishing his own practice in the Forest Heights area of Kitchener in 1989.
